1. What is your shipping policy?

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Turtle Island Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

Unless otherwise noted, completed orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The base shipping rate for an order within Canada is $4.00 with an additional $1.00 added for every item.

Shipment Method & Shipping Time

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

  • Two business days for local mail
  • Three business days within the province
  • Four days for national mail

These time frames are not always guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery and occasionally cause delays.

U.S.A. Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The base shipping rate for an order to the U.S.A. is $7.50 with an additional $2.00 added for every item.

Shipment Method & Time

The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.

These time frames are not always guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery and occasionally cause delays.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The base shipping rate for an International order (except the U.S.A.) is $20.00 with an additional $5.00 added for every item.

Shipping Method & Time

The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is four to seven business days.

These time frames are not always guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery and occasionally cause delays.

EXPEDITED, EXPRESSPOST OR PRIORITY SHIPPING

These shipping methods are currently not available through this website. If you need faster shipping rates or shipping with tracking information, please contact me for a quote.

 

2. What is your refund policy?

Online Store Purchases

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online store purchase, simply send it back within 14 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

Please note that to receive a refund the item must still be in brand new condition. You will be immediately notified on the status of your refund after an inspection of the item. Once approved you will be refunded via the original method of payment.


Shipping for Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

Custom Order Purchases
Due to the nature of custom orders, and as they have a consultation process that ensures the satisfaction of the customer, these items are non-refundable.
